It is not necessarily the case that the disassembly of the external rearview mirror of a vehicle, in our case the Renault Master 3, is a result of a replacement due to breakage, there are also other reasons, improvements made with the installation of aftermarket models, etc. That being said, let's see how to disassemble and replace the shell in question, thanks to the video here: The reflective inner part must be removed by levering with a small flathead screwdriver, while releasing the locking clips, we will free the aforementioned shell from the base on which the first mentioned reflective part is installed. Job done.
