In this video, we can see how to behave when a Renault immobilizer no longer recognizes the key and the car does not start. This happens on Renault Clio 2, Kangoo, but on most Renault cars. The YouTuber then suggests an empirical but effective method: remove the key from the ignition (since the car wouldn't start anyway) and try pressing the door opener and then try inserting the key again for starting. In this way, the car, which recognized the key by opening and closing the doors, also recognizes the key for starting the engine, and the car, as we can see, starts normally.
