How to replace the front brake pads on a Renault Megane. Position your car on a column lift and raise it to a comfortable working height. Use a socket or air drill to undo the pins and remove the front wheel. Then, start undoing the pins of the brake caliper to detach it from the bracket. Use a screwdriver to detach the brake pads. Fit the new brake pads with all the associated pins, tighten the caliper bracket to the disc, then refit the brake caliper, ensuring all pins are tightened properly. Before refitting the wheel, bleed the brake caliper if necessary. Finally, refit the wheel with the pins and top up the fluid if needed.
