How to replace the roller guide of the sliding door of the Renault Master III

In this video, we see how to replace the guide of a sliding door of the Renault Master III, which is worn out and has damaged the metal guides, causing irregular movement. We then remove the inner panel of the door to access the fixing bolts of the guide. Using a jack and a piece of wood, we support the weight of the door before removing the central guide. This is crucial because the roller bears most of the weight. We loosen the 13mm bolts that secure the guide to the frame and push the metal plate from the inside out to release the worn guide. We insert the new guide (you can find the entire kit on E-Bay with the code 127224270900 for 35.99 euros, with free delivery) making sure the pins are properly aligned with the holes. We tighten the bolts. We place the inner panel and make sure the seals are closed to prevent water leaks.
