How to find the activation code for the radio of a Renault Clio II

Model: Renault Clio Clio 2, MK 2 - Years 1998-2005

If you happen to remove or disconnect the battery, then our radio will ask us to enter the security code. If we were unable to find it in the onboard documentation (but let's also look inside the glove compartment, there might be a sticker), the solution is to remove the radio and find the pre-code, with which we can obtain the code to enter in the radio, through a free phone application. The pre-code is located on the right side of the radio, and it is the last 4 digits of a long number. We must download the "Renault/Dacia radio code generator" application and enter these four alphanumeric characters, which will generate our code. We enter it by pressing the 1 button as many times as the first number, and we will do the same with the second, third, and fourth. There is a small button under the lever on the right side of the steering wheel. We will hold it down until the radio activates.
