How to change the display from miles to kilometers on a Renault Grand Scenic III

Let's see how to change the display on the instrument panel of a Renault Grand Scenic III from miles per hour (mph) to kilometers per hour (km/h). It is very important that the pedals are not pressed during this operation. Insert the card (equivalent to the key) into the slot, and press - and hold it down, while also pressing the button located on the top of the lever on the right side of the steering wheel - the start button until the lights start flashing. When the lights stop flashing, we will see that the display has changed from miles per hour to kilometers per hour (or vice versa).
