How to remove the stalk switch on a Renault Megane? Here's how to proceed with the disassembly: disconnect the battery power cables, then unscrew the steering wheel cover plastics with a suitable screwdriver and remove the airbag by unscrewing the screws present. Once the airbag is removed, disconnect the power connectors, then unscrew the central torx/hex pin of the steering wheel and disconnect the power connectors. Pull the steering wheel off with your hands after marking the tightening position with a marker. After removing the steering wheel, unscrew and extract the stalk switch from the steering column.
