Engine Oil Change for Captur 0.9 TCE

To change the oil, proceed as follows. Unscrew the engine cover by removing the fixing screws as shown in the video; once done, you can unscrew the oil sump plug (with a square head) to drain all the used oil (during this operation, ensure to place a suitable container to collect the oil). Once done, if you need to replace the oil filter (which is recommended), you can unscrew the black filter housing located next to the oil sump; remove the cartridge by pulling it out, replace it with a new one by pushing it into its housing, and then, with the new filter and gasket in place, close the plug and tighten it. In the undertray, close the oil sump plug and reapply the engine cover. The final step is to top up the engine oil, adhering to the manufacturer's technical specifications.
