The Renault Scénic II has two main fuse boxes. The first is located in the cabin, under the dashboard, on the driver's side, behind a removable plastic panel.

To access it, pull the cover outwards (on some versions, it may be secured with crosshead screws). It contains fuses for internal circuits: electric windows, radio, interior lights, fan, and wipers.

The second is in the engine bay, on the right side (when looking at the vehicle from the front), near the battery, enclosed in a black box with a lid. It contains the main fuses and relays for the engine, headlights, fan, and injection system. Both boxes have a diagram printed on the lid.
