In this video, learn how to permanently disable the start & stop feature on a Renault Captur in a reversible manner. You will need an OBD2 tool and the Scanner app (available on PlayStore for Android). Connect the OBD2 adapter to the port, open the Car Scanner app, connect the app to the Bluetooth adapter, go to the 'service coding' section, and select 'start & stop System Inivit' from the various control units. Look for the option to disable the function and confirm. Turn off the car, disconnect everything, and take it for a test drive. This is a clean, reversible software intervention (just reactivate the option) and does not affect the electrical system.

How to Check the Oil Level on a Jeep Renegade?

To check the oil level on a Jeep Renegade, you need to open the bonnet to access the components inside the engine bay: on the lower left side of the engine block, you will find the dipstick for checking the level. This should be pulled out and thoroughly cleaned with a cloth: once cleaned, reinsert it back into its tube and pull it out immediately after. This way, you can check that the oil mark is between the minimum and maximum levels; finally, you can place the dipstick back in its tube.
