When you have charged the battery of your Renault Zoe to 100% and the range does not update correctly, you can proceed with these methods: recalibration of the BMS (Battery Management System). This involves driving for 30/50 miles in urban areas at low speed and for short stretches at higher speed, using the air conditioning/heating as moderately as possible. Another method is to perform a complete charge/discharge cycle, dropping below 20/30% (never below 15%) and slowly recharging with the home wallbox, keeping it connected for a couple of hours after reaching 100%. You can also attempt a "soft" reset by locking the car with the remote, waiting 15/20 minutes, and restarting without pressing the brake to turn on the ignition. You can prevent the problem by avoiding consecutive fast charges, not interrupting charges before completion, and scheduling full charges at least once a month.
