In this tutorial, we will see how to replace the battery in the remote for a Renault Megane, a very simple and quick operation. For this, you will need a small flat screwdriver and a replacement battery of type CR2032. First, extend the metal key by pressing the appropriate button, then locate the slot on the lower edge of the remote, pry with the screwdriver, and separate the two halves.

At this point, simply remove the old battery, insert the replacement in the correct orientation, and reassemble everything.
