How to Replace the Battery of a Renault Megane

Model: Renault Megane Megane 2 - Years 2002-2010

Start by opening the front bonnet of your Renault to gain the necessary space to work. Doing so, you will notice the battery that needs replacing in the lower right side of the engine bay. Proceed to unscrew and remove the bolts at the base of the battery that hold it in position. Once this process is complete, unscrew and remove the bolts securing the two terminals connected to the battery. When you have disconnected the terminals from the battery, you can remove it from its housing. This will remove the old battery. To install the new battery, simply follow these instructions in reverse, and you will have completed the replacement.
