Next, remove the auxiliary belt by loosening the tensioner bolt to relieve the pressure and extract it. The next step is to remove the timing belt; first, unscrew the crankshaft pulley, then unscrew the nut on the tensioner and the bolt that adjusts the tension.

This will allow you to extract the timing belt and proceed with its replacement. Before fitting the new belt, replace the roller beneath the cover.

When positioning the new timing belt, pay attention to the reference direction indicated by the pulley and the camshafts.
