Renault Clio - Video tutorial
Model: Renault Clio
MK 4, Clio IV, Clio 4
- Years 2012-2019 The video shows us the steps to be able to replace the timing belt in a Renault Clio. First of all it will be necessary to disconnect the pole of the car battery and remove the casing; then we remove the service belt, to do this we will have to unscrew the bolt on the tensioner in order to release the pressure and be able to extract it. The next step will be the removal of the timing belt; we will first have to unscrew the crankshaft pulley and then unscrew the belt tensioner nut and the screw that adjusts the tension, in this way we will be able to extract the timing belt and replace it. Before reassembling the new belt we will replace the roller under the casing. While positioning the new timing belt, we pay attention to the reference direction that will be indicated by the pulley and the camshafts.

Frequently Asked QuestionsHandbrake adjustment on Ford EcosportFirst remove the plastic profile at the base of the gear lever. To do this, slightly widen the side edges and carefully lift it to release it. There is no need to remove it completely, just move it forward to avoid bother. Now remove the plastic center console around the handbrake by first working from the rear to release it and lifting it until the brake lever passes. Also in this case it is not necessary to remove it completely but, paying attention to the connected cables, it can be stowed in front of the passenger seat. At this point we notice that at the base of the handbrake lever, on the front, we find a nut. By acting on it, with a 10 wrench, we can adjust the brake force, increasing it by turning the nut clockwise, or decreasing it by turning it counterclockwise. Once adjusted, the center console can be repositioned first, pressing lightly to engage it, and then the profile of the gearbox base. by ScegliAuto More videos
