Using the Tyre Pressure Monitoring System on the Renault Twingo

The tyre pressure monitoring system is constantly active and alerts the driver in case of pressure loss or insufficient pressure. When a drop in pressure is detected, a warning light appears on the instrument panel (an orange tyre with an exclamation mark inside). You will need to check the pressure of all four tyres. Remember to perform this operation when the tyres are cold. Reference pressures can be found on the label located on the driver's door frame. Once the pressure is adjusted, the warning light will turn off by itself after a few minutes of driving. It is possible to reset the values for specific driving conditions by pressing the button at the top of the lever to the right of the steering wheel until the set menu appears: hold it for about 3 seconds, the light will flash and then complete after a few minutes of driving. If the pressure drop light and the spanner light come on together, there is a malfunction in the system.
