Renault Megane - Video tutorial
Model: Renault Megane
Megane 1
- Years 1995-2003 If you notice oil stains on the ground near the left front wheel (driver's side), it may be gearbox oil; then remove the splash guard from under the engine and assess the consistency of the oil: the gearbox oil is much more viscous than the engine oil; once it is established that it is gearbox oil, it is possible that this loss may be due to some small damage to the gearbox itself: you can try to remedy it by adding a special additive to the oil which, however, is not able to repair damage to the gaskets; then unscrew the filler cap on the gearbox, let some oil flow out by lifting the car sideways and insert the additive; if necessary, add more oil to restore the level (the oil must come out of the cap).

Frequently Asked QuestionsHow to open the bonnet of the Volkswagen PoloLet's see in this short and simple guide the instructions that will allow us to open the bonnet of the Volkswagen Polo. First of all we open the front door, on the driver's side, and start pulling the opening lever of the engine hood, in order to open the lock; then let's move to the front of the vehicle and unhook the tab that we find on the central part, above the manufacturer's emblem, as shown in the video. At this point we block the bonnet with the lateral rod; then we accompany the bonnet down to close it again! by ScegliAuto More videos
