The Renault Megane's tire pressure monitoring system uses a sensor installed in the inflation valve of each tire and signals any anomalies on the instrumentation: if the indicated value is yellow, it means that the pressure is low, and if it is red, the tire may be severely deflated. We check the pressure only when the tires are cold, and if necessary, consult the plate located on the driver's door frame, which indicates the reference values. To reset the reference values, press the button on the left-hand side of the steering wheel until the pressures of the four tires appear on the display, then press again until the words flash, followed by dashes, and finally the new reference values. We can perform the same operation using OpenR Link on the service display by tapping "vehicle," then "vehicle" again, and then "tire pressure." Select "reset" and confirm with "yes." The confirmation message will appear on the display.
