First of all check with a thickness gauge and an aluminum bar any tolerances on the bearing surface of the cylinder head as shown in the images. Using the special tool, compress the valve spring, remove the retainer and extract both the spring and the valve. With the other tool remove the stem sealing ring. Replace the rod guides by lubricating them with a little oil before inserting them with the appropriate tool. Similarly, sprinkle a little oil on the stem and insert the valve. Put the spring back by compressing it and securing it with the retainer. Now place the intake manifold gasket and screw it to the cylinder head. Check for any tolerances on the surface of the engine block. Check the correct thread pitch and re-thread the screws. Then clean the components from any residues. Insert the bushings in the screw seats. Now place the gasket and place it on top of the cylinder head. Prepare every single screw with the appropriate thread locker. Tighten the internal and external screws according to the technical specifications. Distribute a little oil in each of the valve seats and insert the caps. Sprinkle the special oil on the supports and screw them together with the camshafts. Referring to the marks, as shown in the pictures, assemble the rear sprockets and the timing chain. Apply small amounts of sealant to the holes in front of the sprockets. Insert the central and external gaskets of the valve cover and refit it. Finally, place the gasket and refit the exhaust manifold. Car Model: SAAB 9-5 Turbo 16V
