The service indicator on the dashboard of your first-generation Saab 9-5 activates automatically whenever it is necessary to service the car. If even after servicing, the indicator remains on, then it is necessary to proceed with a manual reset. This is a very simple operation that you can complete in just a few seconds. All you have to do is enter the cabin and reach the driver's seat, then turn on the car and simultaneously hold down the "Clear" button until the reset confirmation message appears. Finally, release the "Clear" button and you are done.
