Replacing Fuel Filter on Seat Ibiza

Model: Seat Ibiza 6L - Years 2002-2009

Need to replace a damaged fuel filter? Here's how to remove and replace it. Lift the car on a column lift; using a screwdriver, unscrew the tightening screw of the round metal clip around the filter (disconnect the wires and various hoses from the filter) and take it off from underneath the body. Once the filter is removed, take it out of the vehicle (replace it with a new filter). Fit the new fuel filter (connect the hoses and wires) and tighten the clip onto the filter with the screw. After checking the proper connection of the circulation hoses and the fuel connectors, you can lower the car. Test the ignition of the car.
