How to Install the Turbo Mounting Kit

Model: Seat Leon 1M - Years 1999-2005

This video shows how to install the components that secure the turbo on a Seat Leon. After obtaining the kit, open it carefully and extract the various pieces. First, screw the three headless screws into the slots near the snail and secure them with a ratchet. Install the washer on the piston and then tighten it. Insert and mount the manifold gasket: screw and tighten the two nuts that secure it. Then take the quadruple gasket from the kit, position it, and secure it to the cylinder head as shown in the video. Proceed to mount the turbo by installing and securing the eight locking nuts. Using a syringe filled with clean oil (of the same type used for the engine), lubricate the turbo. Install the exhaust manifold with its new gasket.
