Below are the instructions on how to remove and replace the alternator of the Skoda Octavia 1.9 TDI. First, open the bonnet of the vehicle and start by disconnecting the alternator belt, loosening the tensioner with a socket spanner; then unscrew the alternator bolts, disconnecting the power wiring to remove it, as shown in the video.

At this point, install the new original alternator, making the connection; then reconnect the alternator belt, verifying the correct operation of the new part.
