How to Remove the Battery from a Skoda Fabia

Model: Skoda Fabia Mark2, 5J - Years 2007-2014

Before you can start, open the front bonnet of your Skoda Fabia. Begin by disconnecting the negative terminal by unscrewing the bolt that secures the clamp. To access the bolt securing the positive terminal, remove the cover above it by simply unclipping it, and then repeat the same process for the negative terminal. Once both terminals are removed, proceed to unscrew the bolts that hold the battery in place. When these bolts are removed, you can extract the battery from the engine bay, successfully completing the disassembly.
