Removing the Battery on Skoda Fabia

Model: Skoda Fabia Mark2, 5J - Years 2007-2014

Is the battery of your Skoda Fabia flat? Here’s how to replace it from inside the engine bay. Open the car door and pull up the engine compartment release lever located at the bottom left of the dashboard, then lift the front bonnet and secure it. Once the engine bay is open, locate the battery to be replaced. Remove the securing bolts of the battery terminals, then take the old battery out of the engine bay and replace it with a new one (same voltage). Tighten the terminal bolts onto the new battery. Close the engine bonnet after the replacement. Start the Fabia's engine and check if everything works.
