Is the battery of the Skoda Fabia discharged? Let's see how the engine compartment is replaced from inside. We open the car door and pull up the engine compartment opening lever located at the bottom left of the dashboard and lift up the front hood and put it in safety. Once the engine compartment is open, we will find the battery that we are going to change. Disassemble the locking pins of the battery terminals, then, remove it from the engine compartment and replace it with a new one (same voltage). We screw the pins of the terminals to the new battery. We close the bonnet at the end of the replacement. We start the engine of the Fabia and test if everything works.
