This guide shows how to dismantle the remote control of a Skoda. This operation is very simple and does not require any special tools, apart from a flathead screwdriver to open the cover and a smaller one to lift the battery. First, open the key fob and, using a flathead screwdriver, lift the plastic cover and you're done. Now you can replace the battery. Finally, reassemble the remote control cover and press down firmly to secure it in place. The operation is now complete.
