How to Dismantle the Fuel Pump/Floating Unit on the Skoda Rapid 1.2

Model: Skoda Rapid MK 1 - Years 2012-2019

In this video, you will discover the steps to dismantle and replace the fuel pump or floating unit on the first series Skoda Rapid with a 1.2 engine, as well as on the Fabia. First, remove the rear seat by lifting it upwards; then remove the pump cover by unscrewing the three screws. Next, disconnect the fuel hoses and the electrical connector of the floating unit; unscrew the ring using the appropriate tool or by tapping with a flat screwdriver. Remove and replace the fuel pump with the new one!
