To replace the battery in a Skoda Fabia remote control, first obtain a new battery. Open the remote control using a thin and sturdy tool. Insert it into the slot on the edge of the remote control, under the emergency key. Hold the remote control from both sides and open it, separating it into two parts. Now extract the plate from the top of the key to access the battery compartment, then remove it and replace it with a new one. Finally, close the remote control by repeating the steps already performed.
