If you are wondering how to replace the battery in your Skoda remote key, this video could be very helpful. First, take your remote and press the metal key release button. Once the metal key is open, use a screwdriver to pry between the key casing and the top plastic cover. Pry until the cover opens. At this point, remove the worn battery, take a new one of the same type and size, and replace it. Refit the cover on your remote by pressing on the key casing until you hear it click into place.
