If a device in your Skoda Octavia has suddenly stopped working, first check the status of the respective fuses, the diagrams for which are shown in this video. The first fuse box is located inside the cabin, behind the outer panel of the dashboard on the driver's side.

To access it, simply unlock the panel by prising it along the entire perimeter. The second box is located in the engine compartment, protected by the black plastic cover situated near the battery.

Ensure you replace any damaged fuses with equivalent replacements.
