Operation: How to replace the key battery of the Skoda Octavia

As a first operation you will obviously have to open the metal snap key by pressing the button that makes it come out through the spring, now by inserting a slotted screwdriver in the rear slot of the remote control you can lift it up to remove it completely, in this way you will then have access to the slot of the battery by now exhausted, consequently remove it and install the new battery in the appropriate slot, now then you just have to close the rear door by retracing the steps backwards for reassembly and then test your new key battery.
