How to replace the rear light bulbs on Smart Fortwo? Let's see in this video how to replace the damaged bulbs: we open the boot of the luggage compartment, with a screwdriver we unscrew (with a socket wrench or screwdriver with insert) the tightening nuts placed at the side of the rear light, as soon as the light is free from any constraint, we can detach it from the bodywork (we disconnect the relative power supply terminals). We replace damaged bulbs with pieces of the same size and voltage. Finally we go to reassemble the lighthouse and proceed backwards in the assembly of the other pieces.
