Today, in this simple video tutorial, you will learn how to open the bonnet of a Smart Fortwo. To open it, simply use your key to unlock the bonnet latch hidden in the grille. The video shows how to remove the other two secondary grilles by inserting the key into the lock and turning it to access the air filter area. If you wish to remove the bonnet, you will need to unscrew its securing bolts: in any case, reposition all the removed plastic grilles at the end.
