Removing Door Handle on Smart Roadster

In this video tutorial, learn how to remove the external door handle on a Smart Roadster, as well as on the first generation Smart Fortwo. First, open the car door and remove the screw located on the plastic pillar using a T20 Torx screwdriver; then, using a T25 Torx key, unscrew the handle screw located underneath, as shown in the video. At this point, you can remove the handle itself by disconnecting the cable mechanism; simply reassemble everything by applying the reverse procedure!
