Replacing the Key Battery of the Smart Fortwo

Today, in this short and simple guide, see how to disassemble and replace the battery of the remote key for the Smart Fortwo. First, take the remote in hand and start to lever on the sides at the back to open the two halves of the remote casing; then remove the electronic board to access the battery compartment, as shown in the video. At this point, remove the old battery and replace it with a new one (in this case, a CR 2016 3V); insert it the correct way round and reassemble the remote, following the video to the end!
