Replacing the battery of the Smart ForTwo remote control is very simple, let's see how to proceed in this video. For this operation we need a small flat-tip screwdriver and a 3v CR2016 type replacement battery. To open the remote control, insert the tip of the screwdriver into the indicated slot, located in the upper part of the ring, and pry it up. Once fully opened, remove the old battery again with the help of the screwdriver and insert the new one, taking care to place it with the positive pole facing downwards. Finally, we reposition the rear door.
