How to Remove the Front Door Panel of the Smart Fortwo

In this guide, follow the steps to remove and replace the front door panel of the Smart Fortwo. First, open the front door and start by removing the plastic cover of the handle by prising it off at the sides; then, unscrew the fixing screws located on the panel using a T25 Torx spanner, as shown in the video. At this point, you can detach the door panel by disconnecting the electrical connector of the window switch found at the back; then, refit everything by applying the reverse procedure!
