How to replace the battery in the Smart Fortwo

Model: Smart Smart 453 - Years 2014-2022

We will see below the step-by-step instructions which will allow us to disassemble and replace the battery of the Smart Fortwo. First of all, we open the front hood of our car and start disconnecting both battery terminals (positive and negative pole); then we unscrew the screw of the bracket that we find on the lower part, removing and replacing the battery with the new one, as shown in the video. At this point we install the battery of the right type and having the same amperage as the original one, making the electrical connection and reassembling the front bumper!
