Removing the front bumper on Subaru Legacy

Model: Subaru Legacy BM, BR, MK 5 - Years 2009-2014

Remove the protective cover located above the right headlight. Using a flat head screwdriver, wedge or your favorite tool, remove the nine clips that hold the front bumper from above, then jack up the car and remove the nine clips that hold it down. Also remove the clip that secures it to the radiator area. At this point, remove the front bumper first from one side and then from the other, then pull from the central area and it will come out of its seat. At this point you can mount the new bumper by proceeding backwards, or you can disassemble the two front lights as there is no longer anything to hinder this work area.
