Removing the Front Bumper on Subaru Legacy

Model: Subaru Legacy BM, MK 5, BR - Years 2009-2014

Remove the protective cover above the right front headlamp. Using a flat-head screwdriver, a wedge, or your preferred tool, remove the nine clips securing the front bumper from above, then lift the car with a jack and remove the nine clips holding it from below. Also, remove the clip securing it to the radiator area. At this point, detach the front bumper first from one side and then the other, then pull from the central area and it will come out of its housing. You can now fit the new bumper by reversing the steps, or you can remove the two front lights as there is nothing obstructing that area.
