Replacing the air filter on the Subaru Forester is a very simple and quick operation. Follow these steps in this tutorial. Start by opening the bonnet, then locate the filter box just behind the headlamp on the passenger side. Open the box by unlocking the two metal clips, as shown in the video, and lift the collector part upwards. At this point, remove the old filter, clean the inside of the box thoroughly if necessary, and fit the replacement, ensuring it is positioned correctly. Finally, reassemble everything by following the reverse procedure.
