How to Reset the Radio on a Subaru Forester

In this tutorial, you will see how to reset the radio on a Subaru Forester by following a few simple steps. First, get into your car and secure it with the handbrake applied; insert the key and turn it to power on the instrument panel only. The touch screen radio is located in the centre console, so press "Setting", go into settings, and click on "GENERAL"; scroll down to find "Factory data reset" and press this option. You will then be asked to confirm the "RESET"; at this point, a loading screen will appear saying "restarting system", so wait for it to load. Next, the display will show "SUBARU STARLINK"; wait a few seconds for the message to disappear and then reappear, then press "I Agree". The reset is now complete, and you can test the radio functions.
