In this tutorial, you will see how to reset the trip meter in a Subaru Outback, an extremely simple and quick operation. This trip meter is very useful for tracking distances or fuel consumption.

First, get inside the cabin, then insert the key and turn on the instrument cluster. Next, locate the "TRIP RESET" button on the left side of the dashboard, just behind the steering wheel, and press it repeatedly until you reach the desired trip meter.

Once done, hold the same button for 3 seconds to reset the counter.
