Replacing the Engine Air Filter on a Suzuki Samurai

Replace the air filter if you have driven many miles; here's how to do it on a Samurai. Lift the front bonnet and secure it with the prop rod. Remove the engine soundproofing panel, then unclip the metal fasteners and open the air kit. Remove the cover from the filter box, disconnect the air intake hose, and take out the worn air filter. Insert a new filter into the designated housing (ensuring it fits snugly around the edges). Finally, refit the cover of the air box and tighten the metal clips. Reconnect the large air intake hose. Close the front bonnet after maintenance.
