How to Remove the Brake Discs from a Suzuki Samurai

Want to remove the brake discs from the Suzuki Samurai? Lift the vehicle and remove the wheel above the hub. Unscrew the bolts of the brake caliper and remove it from the disc. Take off the caliper bracket and unscrew the pins located on the brake disc, pulling the disc towards you to slide it off the hub. Fit the brake disc with all the associated pins, tighten the caliper bracket to the disc and the pads, then refit the brake caliper, ensuring all pins are tightened properly. If the brake pads are worn and unserviceable, install new ones inside the caliper.
