This guide provides instructions for adjusting the valve clearance on the Suzuki Samurai. First, open the bonnet of your car and start removing the plastic valve cover by moving aside the various wiring and unscrewing the retaining screws; then loosen the screws for the valve adjustment.

At this point, adjust the valves using a feeler gauge to set them to the values indicated in the owner's manual; finally, reattach the valve cover!
