Operation: Procedure for replacing the engine oil and oil filter in a Suzuki Jimny.

Raise the engine hood and secure it with a suitable rod. Now we need to drain the engine oil while the engine is still hot, remove the oil filler cap, and remove the oil level dipstick. Lift the car using a hydraulic jack and place safety stands. Unscrew the engine oil drain plug with a 14 mm socket wrench. Place a basin to collect the used oil under the oil pan. Before unscrewing the oil filter, we need to screw the oil drain plug back in. Unscrew the oil filter (with a specific wrench) and clean the parts stained with used oil. Before screwing in the new filter, we need to oil the gasket with new oil. Tighten the filter by hand. Unscrew the oil drain plug and replace the old washer with a new one; tighten the plug to a torque of 35 Nm. Get a funnel to refill the new oil (refill 3.6 liters of oil); insert the oil level dipstick and close the cap. Start the engine for about a minute. Wait approximately 5 minutes with the engine off and then recheck the oil level, if necessary, add more oil.
