First, ensure that the car is completely off and the engine is sufficiently cool. Next, lift the bonnet and locate the filter box. Remove the security bolt with an appropriate spanner and take off the cover.

Then, remove the old filter and insert the new one. Finally, reattach the cover and screw the security bolt back in.
