In this brief guide, you will see the main steps to drain and replace the transmission fluid on the Tata Bolt. First, raise the vehicle and locate the transmission fluid drain plug; you will find it on the transmission case, using a socket wrench with an extension to unscrew the bolt.

At this point, let the fluid drain into a container for about ten minutes; then unscrew the fill cap and top off the transmission fluid, filling to the level indicated in the owner's manual.
