How to replace the front headlights of the Tesla Model X DIY.

On the Tesla Model X, the replacement of the front headlights is performed with the vehicle turned off and power safely disconnected. The front compartment is opened, and the covers/overstructures that provide access to the mounting points of the headlight assembly are removed. Once the anchors are accessed, the electrical connector of the headlight is disconnected, and the fixing screws/bolts are unscrewed; the assembly is then extracted, taking care to avoid clips and body edges. Before installing the new component, compatibility is checked (side, configuration, any DRL/indicator module), the seals of the housing are inspected, and the mounting surface is cleaned. The new headlight is positioned in alignment, the connector is connected, and then the bolts are tightened, returning the protections and covers to their place. Once the work is completed, a full light test (low beams, high beams, DRL/indicators) is performed, and the beam alignment is checked.
