Replacing the car radio in a Toyota Yaris is a fairly simple task to do yourself. To perform this operation, remove the hard plastic cover around the radio.

Then, undo the four screws around the radio and remove it. Disconnect the antenna and connector, and connect the wires to the new radio. Next, insert the radio into its housing and reassemble the centre console.

Turn on the new radio and enter the unlock code to start it. If the radio malfunctions, it may be necessary to replace the fuse.
